Our approach does not pathologise, judge or blame people. Problems occur for us all at different times in our lives and do not have to define the way we feel and think about ourselves. We will be interested to gain an understanding of your values, skills, abilities and what is important to you as a way of assisting you to shape the changes you are hoping for.

The effects of Power
Problems don't come out of the blue. They have a context and a history. We aim to make visible how the effects of power can increase the size of problems in people's lives and the ways in which these effects are demonstrated across gender, race, sexuality, and spirituality.
Moving to a preferred Story
We seek to identify problem stories and their effects on people's lives. This makes way for more preferred ways of living to come forward and offers opportunities for changes in the relationship between the person and the problem.
Invitations for Change
We ask questions that invite people to evaluate for themselves what is working, or not working in their lives. This assists people to identify more of what they want in their lives and to make the changes they are hoping for.
